This is a 12 months fixed term contract

To support the business with our HR and single sign on applications assisting with day-to-day maintenance & administration.

Job Description

As our HRIS Administrator you will...

  • Ensure the local operation of the HRIS and the supporting processes always comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Act and GDPR
  • Act as first line support on the HRIS/SSO help desk in respect of all queries and issues raised by users. To respond to those matters promptly and appropriately, including escalating as necessary
  • Ensure that all support issues are fully understood, managed, and resolved within our agreed SLA.

  • Self-motivated with strong organisational skills giving you the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Self-starter with the ability to take ownership yet be a great team player too
  • High level of accuracy with attention to detail

  • Use your effective influencing skills in all areas and levels of the business
  • Strong computer skills, including Office 365 Administration, MS Office - Excel/Word/Power Point Experience
  • Customer service within a service desk environment preferably

Qualifications

Preferred skills

  • ITIL desired but not mandatory
  • PeopleSoft Administration Experience
  • Okta or similar SSO application experience
