As an HR Business Partner in Brewing and Brands, you will partner with the commercial functions Exec Lead and Management Team to drive people-based solutions, bringing to life our company culture, values and behaviours. Job Description

Your role as an HR Business Partner

  • Deliver commercially focused professional HR advice, guidance and support aligned to the business plan and HR strategy, supporting, developing, and advising managers relating to ER cases
  • Build a relationship with the relevant business stakeholders and their teams where you are seen as a key influencer and trusted partner
  • Act as a change agent leading interventions/workstreams/projects that improve scorecard performance
  • Support the wider B&B HR team with HR Projects and initiatives that achieve the delivery of the AOP e.g., engagement, HR process improvement, and ER
  • Lead employee development & succession planning, identifying gaps, and opportunities for talent management

What you’ll bring… 

  • Relevant and meaningful experience in HR business partnering,  
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills 
  • Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external, through listening and adjusting communication style to meet the needs of the audience 
  • Strong all-round communication skills including delivery and presentation of information to all levels, as well as regularly presenting to Senior Management as well as Management Teams
