Job Description
About the Role...
A thriving lively business situated on Poole Quay with a beautiful external seating area overlooking the Quay. A seasonal business that has trades up to £40K per week in the summer. With visitors for food during the day and a popular high energy music venue over the weekend with late night opening. A one bar operation with seating outside on the front overlooking the Quay. A good sports following with big screens showing Sky sports in the bar area.
Although the site is doesn't have accommodation we do provide a live-out allowance on top of salary!
What you'll do as a General Manager...
Work with your business development manager and management team to grow pub sales
Lead by example in everything you do and bring our brand to life through your team in delivering amazing experiences for our customers
What you'll bring...
Very high standards and attention to detail in all aspects of the day-to-day running of a successful pub
You're great with people, and as a result, have great communication and leadership skills
You’ll be business savvy, with a keen eye for P&L control
You'll embrace individuality and care for others, your pub and the environment
Previous success at General Manager level is desirable; from a hospitality, retail or other fast paced background, and the right attitude and outlook is essential!
You're keen to learn and happiest when you succeed at something new
