As a Customer Data Analyst you will own the creation and delivery of accurate and timely CRM reporting to both support the digital channels as well as providing an understanding of the digital performance to the wider business.

Job Description

Your role as a Customer Data Analyst

  • Create, build and optimise Power BI dashboards for stakeholders to utilise, helping them drive action into the business
  • Performing deep-dive analysis for specific campaigns and communicate results to the relevant stakeholders with suggestions in improvements
  • Share insight and recommendations with brand/marketing SMEs to influence the next best course of action
  • Identify and create opportunities to grow digital engagement and conversions through monitoring and optimising the customer data landscape
  • Monitor, measure and optimise measurement frameworks to identify campaign, channel and offer performance to support continuous improvement 
  • To collaborate with all wider digital and store teams to optimise the true end to end customer journey and experience 

What you’ll bring… 

  • Passion, proactiveness and an appetite for learning
  • Good understanding of different digital channels
  • Expertise in digital visualisation tools – ideally Power BI
  • Expert knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
  • Good knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and DAX
  • Experience in Treasure Data and Braze (or similar platforms) preferred but not required
  • Understanding of how to use data & insight to spot both issues and opportunities to help drive marketing objectives
  • Understanding of various performance marketing techniques and how to use data to optimise campaigns
  • Is commercially aware and able to integrate company agenda into thinking
