Job Description
Your role as a Customer Care Supervisor
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customer
- Support the Customer Care Manager with the daily running of the team
- Ensure customer queries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner
- Work closely with Depot Managers to keep Customer Service in line with agreed SLA’s
