As a Customer Care Supervisor you will play a key role in assisting with the daily running of the Customer Care Team. Whether you’re training new team members or working within the company values and leading by example, you will be a significant strength to your team.

Job Description

Your role as a Customer Care Supervisor

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customer
  • Support the Customer Care Manager with the daily running of the team
  • Ensure customer queries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner
  • Work closely with Depot Managers to keep Customer Service in line with agreed SLA’s
