Company Description

As the CRM Executive, you will help plan and deliver high performance CRM campaigns for our family of brands to actively drive frequency, retain & engage existing customers, reduce churn and grow customer lifetime value through brilliant execution of compelling campaigns.

Working on our day-to-day CRM program across multiple brands, where no two campaigns are the same, you can expect a fast-paced, creative and commercial environment where you can make a real impact for both the business and millions of Greene King customers.

As CRM Executive you will take ownership for the planning, execution of CRM campaigns and implement test and learn plans for optimising campaign performance and improving customer KPIs. The role will focus on email communications; briefing, campaign setup, audience selection, proofing and campaign performance analysis using pre-existing templates. The CRM Executive will also support the development of automated lifecycle email marketing campaigns. As we further develop our customer engagement and data strategy, you will support the delivery of new communication channels into the mix.

Job Description

Your role as a CRM Executive

  • Working in conjunction with your brand partners, deliver a programme of compelling email campaigns and using your knowledge of segmentation, targeting and content creation – deliver the right message to the right audience utilising your strong campaign management skills.
  • Adopt best practice techniques to brief, build, proof, test, QA and commission campaigns within the email platform at pace and to a high standard across devices.
  • Plan and implement a CRM A/B testing/optimisation programme.
  • Ensure campaigns are correctly briefed and that they are GDPR/PECR compliant.
  • Analyse existing customer behaviours and identify key customer moments when CRM communications should be executed.
  • Bring your creative flair and commercial acumen to drive campaign planning to achieve your KPIs of database growth and customer engagement.
  • Work alongside 3rd party campaign agencies (external) to execute on all CRM campaigns.
  • Co-establish CRM campaign KPIs and create strategies and plans to achieve these.
  • Knowing your numbers via weekly reporting and as a result make appropriate decisions.
  • Apply the appropriate tactics to grow the number of new and active CRM users.

What you'll bring........

  • CRM campaign experience desirable, in particular email marketing.
  • Confident facilitator and stakeholder manager.
  • Prior experience in delivering high volume of digital campaigns desirable.
  • Experience with managing external/3rd party suppliers.
  • Capable of working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to spot risks and take proactive action.
  • Positive communication skills, able to collaborate across different digital and marketing teams.
