Commercial Intelligence Analyst

As a Commercial Intelligence Executive you will support with the commercial planning and growth of the Greene King Pubs Marketing team. The successful candidate will be expected to support through providing data, actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth and guide marketing activity and spend.

As a Commercial Intelligence Analyst you will......

• Support the Commercial Intelligence Manager on all commercial and growth analysis, planning and reporting.
• Support Commercial Manager/Exec’s to Improve commercial performance of  Food/Drink and Input into menu process where necessary.
• Review marketing campaign activity using appropriate test and learn methods; review what works and what could be improved and make recommendations for future campaigns
• Support the Investment Marketing Manager to drive decision making and performance of Investments
• Work with the Integrated Marketing team to drive wide understanding of reporting options and self-service ability and tools. Devise a training plan to assist with upskilling the team.
• Improve understanding of data and reporting across the team to drive commercial performance – understand and deliver learning experiences across the whole Marketing Team

What you’ll bring…

• Experience with data visualisation tools and demonstrate storytelling ability with data
• Proficient at Excel
• Demonstrable experience in analysing and measuring marketing campaigns e.g. organic/paid search, PPC, display, social
• Experience in working with insights data/teams/agencies and being able to understand and extract relevant findings to help build and explain the commercial overview
• Understanding of the hospitality industry is a bonus, with a clear understanding of the marketing customer journey
• Excellent stakeholder management, able to build relationships with teams & colleagues across the business to develop a data-informed culture across our ways of working
