As Brand Manager you will support the rollout and guardianship of the brand strategy of the Greene King visual identity inclusive of operational delivery, communication, campaign support and network building / stakeholder engagement.

Job Description

Your role as a Brand Manager.....

Brand Delivery

  • Responsible for the operational plan and delivery of the Greene King brand visual identity and communications platform.
  • Brand Stewardship, of the Greene King brand assets across all Greene King pub formats, internal comms, external comms and PR.
  • Delivery of the Greene King visual identity across pilot pubs cluster trial ensuring excellent and consistent execution across all guest touchpoints.

Brand Management

  • Responsible for the delivery of compelling short and long-term guest experience initiatives such as but not limited to design and environment, food, drink, entertainment, service, pricing, people and atmosphere including proposition development, test & learn, business case, roll-out and ongoing measurement
  • Responsible for implementation, maintenance and measurement of brand standards
  • Ensuring that all key stakeholders are engaged and energised by the initiatives
  • Support Brand Lead in reporting on brand health and overall brand performance

Brand Communications

  • Responsible for the delivery of marketing communications such as but not limited to visual identity, photography and evergreen assets
  • Support Brand Lead with the development and delivery of strategic communications platform
  • Support the division with the delivery of brand and tactical campaigns and PR
  • Collaborate with the digital team to ensure brands are represented in the best possible way in the online environment
  • Work closely with the divisional marketing teams and ensure all marketing communications adhere to brand guidelines

 

What you’ll bring…

  • Experience in a Brand or Marketing Manager role.
  • Project planning & monitoring - creates detailed project plans and monitors these highlighting any areas of concern. Prioritises work in a clear and methodical manner.
  • Ability to use and interpret consumer insight and commercial data to support the development of compelling propositions and develop business cases for roll-out of initiatives
  • Excellent influencing skills coupled with the ability to impact across a variety of stakeholders
  • Right first time delivery - is highly resilient and works with pace, attention to detail, focus and optimism, to overcome obstacles and deliver against the plan.
