As an Assistant Manager you will work with the General manager to lead, motivate, and inspire the team to deliver delicious food & drink and a great customer experience every time. You will be responsible for key areas of the business and will be accountable for all aspects of the business when deputising for the General Manager.
This exciting opportunity gives an experienced Assistant Manager a chance to get into a site at the beginning of the journey to support the General Manager tp shape the venue and the team for a successful launch. You will be joining the company at a critical stage, helping us launch another brilliant venue within our growing brand.

Job Description
What you'll do as an Assistant Manager...
- Manage the opening of a brand-new Crafted Pub, including supporting the recruitment and structure of the team
Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business and leading the business in their absence.
Engage, inspire, coach, empower and connect with all team members, setting standards, expectations and making sure our team can be their best everyday
Support the General Manager to maximise all sales opportunities for your business, delivering against agreed sales and volume targets, and profit and loss accounts
What you'll bring...
You understand the operations of a large, food focused pub or restaurant, having had previous experience in a similar style role.
You’re great with people, and as a result have great communication and leadership skills.
