Assistant Manager

As an assistant manager at the Beehive Inn, you’ll be at the heart of our management team helping to ensure the smooth running of one of the most historic and busy pubs in Edinburgh. From the moment you step through the door, you lead by example making sure our guests, and teams, have a great time. The Beehive does a roaring trade in food, as well as quality cask ales, quality local beers and whisky a plenty! This is a role for a real all rounder who is looking to take their pub experience to the next level.

What you'll do as an Assistant Manager...  

• Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business and leading the business in their absence.   

• Bring our brand to life by leading the team in delivering amazing experiences for our guests  

• Act as a role model for the team support with training and development  

• Be a champion of brand standards & ensure guest & team safety at all times
