Assistant General Manager

As an Assistant General Manager you will work with the General manager to lead, motivate, and inspire the team to deliver delicious food & drink and a great customer experience every time.  You will be responsible for key areas of the business and will be accountable for all aspects of the business when deputising for the General Manager.

What you'll do as an Assistant General Manager...  

• Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business and leading the business in their absence.   

• Engage, inspire, coach, empower and connect with all team members, setting standards, expectations and making sure our team can be their best everyday 

• Support the General Manager to maximise all sales opportunities for your business, delivering against agreed sales and volume targets, and profit and loss accounts
