Your role as a Shift Team Leader 

• Lead the end-to-end bottling and repack operations, ensuring a primary focus on safety adherence.  

• Capture production insights for performance review and oversee achievement of plant KPIs. 

• Drive continuous improvement to reduce waste and enhance efficiency for the shift team.  

• Ensure compliance with internal and external audits. 

• Support team career development, effectively managing team responsibilities and collaborate with various functions for effective operations.  

What you’ll bring... 

• Experience in leading production shifts.  

• Preferred qualifications such as IOSH and HACCP.  

• Personal pride in your work, ensuring a conscientious approach in all tasks undertaken, including lean manufacturing principles.  

• Can-do attitude capable of effectively managing shift-based teams helping to drive and support change initiatives.  

• An understanding of production management with a first-line leader qualification (apprentice or similar).  

• A collaborative work ethic with an eagerness to contribute to your team’s success.
