Your role as Recruitment Coordinator
- Nurture the applicant journey from initial contact through to appointment approval.
- Effectively coordinate the recruitment process in line with statutory legislation and the Pubs Code.
- Work closely with the Operations Team to understand recruiting requirements and needs.
- Support the coordination of targeted recruiting activities in line with recruitment plans and strategies.
- Maintain and regularly report on key recruitment metrics, such as applicant numbers and pubs recruiting.
What You’ll Bring…
- Experience with candidate screening and evaluation (phone-based).
- High level of IT literacy with sound Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience of data management and CRM systems.
- A passion for people, pubs, and customer service excellence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Organised and methodical with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Takes personal ownership and accountability.
- A people person who is a strong team player, with energy and enthusiasm, supporting colleagues and encouraging best practice.
The Recruitment Coordinator will report to the Recruitment Manager and is primarily responsible for the coordination of the licensee recruitment process for all tenanted, franchise, and leased pub changes in Greene King.
Working closely with the Operations Team and based at Greene King Support Centre in Bury St Edmunds, the successful candidate must be highly organised, an excellent communicator, and passionate about delivering a great applicant experience.
