As an R2R Manager you will facilitate the delivery of the GK strategy goal whilst managing a team and being responsible for the production of accurate management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, internal and external audit compliance and delivering excellent service to all stakeholders.

Job Description

Your role as an R2R Manager:

  • Managing a team and being responsible for producing accurate management accounts for the relevant business units as well as recruitment, development and performance management
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Internal and external audit compliance
  • Reviewing all accounting processes to ensure they deliver efficiencies
  • Project management, ensuring all projects are performed to the timeframes required
  • Deliver excellent customer services and build key stakeholder relationships
  • Support the annual budgeting/planning forecast

What you’ll bring…  

  • A qualification in Accountancy (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent ) with at least five years post qualified experience
  • People management skills, with the ability to be an inspiring manager
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Strong customer service ethos
  • Advanced Excel and BI tools
