As a People Advisor ERA, you will provide first‑line ER guidance that empowers managers and team members, while keeping processes running smoothly across both our retail and corporate teams.

Qualifications

As People Advisor ERA, you will…

  • Set up and manage ER cases through our Case Management System with accurate details and timely updates.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, ensuring clear communication with managers and wider stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships across the business to stay informed and support operational needs.
  • Support with letters, day‑to‑day ER administration, and TUPE‑related tasks.
  • Act as a point of escalation for more complex queries.

What you’ll bring…

  • Knowledge of HR people practices, including payroll and compliance.
  • Experience working with HR systems such as Workday HCM.
  • Understanding of GDPR requirements.
  • Strong data management and Excel skills.
  • Ability to prioritise, manage your own workload, and take ownership of tasks.
