Job description
As a Purchase to Pay (P2P) Manager, you will ensure that supplier invoices and credits are processed accurately, in a timely fashion and in line with company processes. You will also ensure that all queries are responded to quickly and efficiently whilst identifying areas of process improvement.

As Purchase to Pay (P2P) Manager, you will…
- Ensure the integrity of supplier transactions
- Champion compliance to all P2P processes internally and externally
- Provide accurate and efficient responses to internal and external queries
- Continuously focus on process improvement and establish root causes of late invoice approval/payments
- Work with the P2P Query Team Manager and Process Manager to identify improvements to the P2P processes
- Drive improvement in P2P metrics
- Perform line management duties, including regular one-to-ones, check-ins, and annual development reviews
What you’ll bring…
- Thoroughness and attention to detail
- Taking ownership of problems through to resolution
- A strong customer service ethos with the ability to drive this culture into the team
- A passion for developing the skills and knowledge of team members
- Experience working with large accounting or ERP packages
- Thorough understanding of accounts payable processes
- People management experience
