Job description

As an Accounts Payable Administrator you will process supplier invoices and credits in line with company processes and legal compliance, ensuring team performance metrics are met and fostering excellent relationships with internal and external customers.

Qualifications

Your role as Accounts Payable Administrator 

  • Process invoices, both PO and Non-PO, in line with company and legal requirements.
  • Deal with any queries quickly and efficiently – escalating where appropriate.
  • Cover team absence so it is delivered seamlessly to the business.
  • Engage and collaborate with the business to increase the levels of process compliance.
  • Prioritise and manage workload to achieve team performance metrics.

What you’ll bring…

  • Taking ownership of problems through to resolution.
  • A strong customer service ethos with the ability to drive this culture into the team.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Experience working with large accounting or ERP packages.
  • Thorough understanding of accounts payable processes.
