Company Description

This is a field based role.

As an Operations Simplification Manager you will be responsible for identifying opportunities in our pub operation where we can do things quicker, easier, differently, or not at all, allowing the business to make efficiency savings, and improving the customer and team experience.

Using the extensive insight you gain from engaging with stakeholders, observing activity, and analysing data, you'll propose and trial solutions, effectively evaluate the results, and provide compelling recommendations to the business. Working closely with the wider Operational Excellence function, you'll ensure the right activity sits in the right place, handing on insight and opportunities accordingly. You'll also develop a strong affinity with the Deployment function, working with them to identify opportunity and create realisable business cases. You will be driven by, but not limited to, a clear efficiency savings target, and you will help create a ‘pipeline’ of robust, tried-and-tested opportunities that can be deployed by the Divisions as required, and as change capacity permits.

Join us at Greene King the country's leading pub company and brewer, where our mission is to pour happiness into lives and become the pride of great British hospitality. We have something special, deeply rooted in our 220-year brewing and pub history, creating the business we are proudly known for today.
