Operations Manager - Chef and Brewer

The Operations Manager will lead the allocated region of brand to deliver the operational and people strategy plan for the Brand.  They will have accountability of the P&L and Dartboard. for the Business Unit and in partnership with the SMT of the Brand and across the organisation develop, support and deliver the Brand or Segment objectives to ensure the best outcomes for our customers, people and Dartboard measures.

In your role as Operation Manager -

• Contribute to the Divisional strategy as a key member of the Leadership team.
• Partner with Brand and Marketing functions to create a customer focused future focused Brand strategy.
• Develop, in conjunction with the Managing Director and the Divisional Investment Director, capital investment opportunities for the brand.
• Use our people and customer insights internal and external to develop the Brand or segment strategy.
• Develop internal/external succession plans in conjunction with Divisional talent outputs and performance review analysis.

• Be able to demonstrate effective ways of working cross functionally, cross brand and in a matrix organisation
• Exceptional people and leadership qualities. 
• Strong consumer/customer orientation with a commitment to effective delivery of service through people.
• Credibility and authority to operate senior levels.
• A proven track record of delivering to performance targets in a senior operational role.
• A recognised deliverer of exceptional results through people.
• Experience of delivery in multi-site branded businesses.
• Evidence of delivering results in a matrix structured organisation.
