Operations Communication Executive

**Please note this is a fixed term contract until September 2026**

As Ops Comms Executive, you will…

• Coordinate and deliver daily Ops Comms activity, including managing the Ops Comms inbox.
• Support the production and scheduling of regular communication channels such as the Central Cascade, Area Manager Roundup and Vault Comms.
• Help create engaging, high‑quality communications in partnership with the Ops Comms Partner and wider stakeholders.
• Assist with the planning and delivery of Teams Live events every six weeks.
• Support compliance reporting, readership insights and engagement tracking.
• Contribute to the smooth adoption of new communications and collaboration tools across operations.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident communication skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to present information clearly.
• A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong IT literacy, including experience with PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• A collaborative approach, working well with colleagues across teams to deliver great outcomes.
