Menu Process Executive

As our Menu Process Executive, you will manage and administrate the day-to-day co-ordination of the menu development process within the food team and to play a pivotal role in the management of data within the recipe system.

In your role as Menu Process Executive you will be responsible for...

• Data input and maintenance of the recipe database system, including publishing relevant process reports to the relevant team in line with the process map, working alongside chef in the creation of recipe builds
• Lots of diary management to assist stakeholders hit target dates
• Attend daily progress meetings 
• Manage and monitor Pub Query System (PQS) response within the food team
