Learning Partner

As a Learning Partner, you'll be reporting into the Learning Experience Manager. The purpose of the role is to Partner with Operations and the HR team and help drive and engage learning solutions that will drive organisational performance whilst building strong relationships with a complex range of stakeholders, collaborating to ensure the best learning solutions are delivered.

This is a 9 month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave

Your role as a Learning Partner...

• Drive capability through the delivery of our divisional and central initiatives and through engaging the Operations and HR Team.
• Collaborating with the Learning Experience Team and ensuring the creation of the best learning solutions
• Utilise and shape content utilising digital platforms to ensure we continue to offer the most effective and innovative learning solutions for our business
• Delivery of projects as agreed with Senior Learning Experience Manager.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to provide a localised support function to your Business Unit.
