As a Kitchen Team Leader you’ll lead by example making sure every dish leaving the kitchen is perfectly presented to spec whilst maintaining high kitchen standards so that service runs like clockwork! The Bishops Tavern on Cheltenham Road is a welcoming, friendly pub with a small team who are keen to deliver the best service possible to customers. Our food sales are relatively low and so we need an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is dedicated to deliver excellent results whilst becoming an instrinsic, valued member of our lovely team.

Job Description
As a Kitchen Team leader, you will…
- Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations
- Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors
- Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence
- Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service making sure everything runs like clockwork

Qualifications
