IT Administrator

The role of the Epos Data Administrator is to ensure that all retail systems in pubs and digital platforms (Tills, Tablets, Apps etc) are loaded with the correct content and configurations, so our pub teams can provide the best possible service to our customers. 

The Epos Data Administrator role reports into the Retail Systems Manager, and will also accept work directly from the Retail Digital Admin Lead.

In your role as IT Administrator you will...

• Deliver a successful transition of data onto tills, menu screens, other devices, websites and apps, supporting the business during menu changes, new promotions and price changes
• Manage and prioritise workload ensuring 100% success rate on meeting deadlines
• Establish good relationships with key stakeholders, especially Food Development and Marketing Teams, to ensure that the EPOS team supports the delivery of key business initiatives within required timescales
• Deliver the database builds for acquisitions, new IT initiatives and integrations to the business
• Resolve issues raised by pubs in a timely manner thereby ensuring minimum impact to Customer
• Some travel may be required to meet key stakeholders and visit pubs
• Some weekend work will be required and occasional evenings during busy periods to support the business

You will bring...

• Attention to detail and following quality assurance procedures to ensure “right first time” delivery of the EPOS solution
• Experience in a similar role or proven experience in the pub, restaurant, hotel or other hospitality role would be advantageous
• Good knowledge of Excel would be advantageous
