As a HR Coordinator you'll work as a key part of the HR Services team, ensuring that all Employee Lifecycle changes are processed correctly and efficiently.

Job Description

Your role as HR Coordinator 

  • To work as a key part of the HR Services team continually supporting the improvement of processes to ensure we work as efficiently as possible 
  • Responsible for contract/letter generation for employee lifecycle processes (joiners/changes etc), with associated paperwork in line with published Service Level Agreement’s (SLA)
  • Provide accurate information for daily/weekly monitoring of SLA’s
  • Right to work management 
  • General shared inbox email management 

What you'll bring

  • People orientated and process driven experience 
  • Excellent relationship building skills 
  • Previous experience within a fast paced environment 
  • Knowledge of Right to work checks, Data Protection, GDPR & Right to work.
