As a HR Coordinator you'll work as a key part of the HR Services team, ensuring that all Employee Lifecycle changes are processed correctly and efficiently.

Your role as HR Coordinator
- To work as a key part of the HR Services team continually supporting the improvement of processes to ensure we work as efficiently as possible
- Responsible for contract/letter generation for employee lifecycle processes (joiners/changes etc), with associated paperwork in line with published Service Level Agreement’s (SLA)
- Provide accurate information for daily/weekly monitoring of SLA’s
- Right to work management
- General shared inbox email management
What you'll bring
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- People orientated and process driven experience
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Previous experience within a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of Right to work checks, Data Protection, GDPR & Right to work.
