As a Head Chef for Crafted Pubs you will be responsible for recruiting and developing your team alongside delivering industry leading specially crafted dishes unique to the season and fresh produce that is available. Being a Head Chef for Crafted is all about passion for what you do.

The Prince of Wales is set in West End Village and is about to go under an extensive transformation to bring a new lease of life to this historic venue. As a Head Chef, you will… 

• Overall responsibility for the kitchen operation, achieving the highest possible food and service standards through your team and for our guests  

• Take full responsibility for ensuring standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained, making sure food safety and health and safety policies and procedures are in place 

• Communicate with all the team and develop great working relationships with all team members 

• Most importantly, have fun and spread your passion with your guests and your team 

What you’ll bring to the kitchen: 

• You understand the operations of a large, fresh food focused pub or restaurant, having had previous experience in a similar style role. 

• Ability to maintain the health and safety of the kitchen environment and ensure we are fully compliant. 

• Experience managing stock control, stock rotation and ordering. 

• A natural leader and likes running big shifts with big teams. 

• Great communication skills and is a natural communicator.
