Job Description
We are currently seeking an exceptional and motivated General Manager with relevant experience to join our team at Barlow Croft, located in Didsbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee a high-volume establishment with a weekly turnover of £25,000, featuring a 70/30 split between food and beverages. Situated within the Parrs Wood retail park, this Pub and Carvery site offers a diverse range of offerings including a Pub carvery menu, a spacious bar area, and an expansive Wacky warehouse.
As the General Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of over 25 individuals. Last year, this site achieved a remarkable 20% growth and, with the guidance of the right leader, possesses immense potential for further success. This rare opportunity allows you to play a pivotal role in maximizing the site's capabilities and driving it to new heights.
