As a General Manager you will be the heart and soul of your business and have overall responsibility for its day to day running, from amazing people skills, customer focus, P&L accountability, commercial management, delivering results, meeting targets to maintaining standards.
This exciting opportunity gives an experienced General Manager a chance to get into their venue at the beginning of the journey to shape the venue and the team for a successful launch. You will be joining the company at a critical stage, helping us launch another brilliant venue within our growing brand.

Job Description
What you'll do as a General Manager...
- Manage the opening of a brand-new Crafted Pub, including supporting the recruitment and structure of the team
- Take full P&L accountability for your business and ensure that the performance targets are achieved
- Lead by example in everything you do and bring Crafted Pubs to life by delivering amazing experiences for our guests
- Maximise all sales opportunities for your business, generating ideas that will drive sales
- Engage, inspire, coach, empower and connect with all team members, setting standards, expectations and making sure team members can be their best everyday
What you'll bring...
You understand the operations of a large, food focused pub or restaurant, having had previous experience in a similar style role.
You’re great with people, and as a result have great communication and leadership skills.
