This role will be covering the South East

In your role as Food & Drink Quality Assurance Partner you will

• Oversee day-to-day management of current operational processes
• Manage communications and initiatives
• Ensure compliance and assurance within pub operations
• Provide essential support services for pubs
• Ensure assurance of Food & Drink Quality, Food Safety, Stock Control, Investment Support & Menu Training

What you’ll bring…

• Previous experience in food & drink quality 
• Must have a full driving license 
• You've got great communication skills, which will help you coach and develop our pub teams in operational delivery
• Time management 
• A good understanding of Food & Drink processes 
• You must be based in the South East

The Food and Drink Quality Assurance Partner advises, supports and coaches General Managers and their leadership teams to deliver the highest standards for food and drink quality, food safety and margin control. They additionally, provide operational input as part of the menu development process and supports site investments by providing training and advice on Food and Drink best practice.
