Drinks Category Manager (Field)

As a Drinks Category Manager, our field based opportunity is all about working with the OPs teams, visiting our leased and tenanted partners providing category-based insight and data to maximising the drinks performance within the pub.  This will include knowledge of key levers to pull in outlet to drive drink sales performance across range, pricing and promotional activity.

Your role as Drinks Category Manager Field... 

• Work closely with the Central Drinks Category Manager to identify key volume and profit growth opportunities and then convert into initiatives and activity.
• Provide tactical support for key events and underperforming pubs to deliver course corrective activity and initiatives.
• Support at OPs team meetings and outlet visits with the BDM and independently.
• Provide feedback on performance and competitor activity to OPs teams and central functions, identifying where additional support or training may be required.
• Liaise with key supplied field teams where relevant to deliver drinks category growth initiatives in the pub.
