Dispense Quality Specialist

As a Dispense Quality Specialist you will provide an exceptional customer experience to our customers, both external and internal, when attending a Greene King Pub to support the regular service and maintenance of the Greene King Intelligent Dispense system and other related equipment. Carrying out system upgrades and brand changes when required.  

You will support to drive the Engagement of our Great Pub teams in their understanding and care for beer hygiene practices. Driving engagement for our amazing Premium beers that are the core to our business.

Your role as a Dispense Quality Specialist

• Complete scheduled hygiene and customer engagement visits at our Greene King pubs. Championing the importance of hygiene and Cellar standards. 
• A passion for customers and the beer industry and supporting customer understanding on hygiene and beer dispense.  
• A good level of competence in PC literacy and use of handhelds to accurately record information. 
• Experience in maintenance of beer dispense equipment.  
• An understanding and knowledge of beer dispense equipment, preferably with Intelligent beer dispense. 

What you'll bring...

• Experience with an intelligent dispense system is advantageous.  
• Assist other Greene King Technicians as required with additional tasks, such as service and installation work. 
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities performed on every visit to a great Greene King Pub using the Cellar Service computer systems via a computer, tablet or phone as required. 
• Engaging with retails teams to identify and provide training on a one to one or group session basis where required. 
• Perform preventative maintenance on Greene King Intelligent Dispense systems and associated dispense equipment to a high standard to ensure the best possible beer quality experience for our customers.
