Job description

As a Digital Marketing Manager – Premium & Accommodation, you will lead the delivery of scalable digital solutions that drive guest engagement, footfall and sales across our growing pub and hotel estate. You’ll work closely with marketing, technology and commercial teams to shape and execute digital strategy across multiple high-impact channels.

Qualifications

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will…

  • Build and manage a structured digital marketing framework and 18-month activation calendar aligned to commercial and brand priorities
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns across web, email, SEO and booking platforms to drive engagement and conversion
  • Own and optimise digital channels, including website, app and CRM/email, ensuring best-in-class execution and guest experience
  • Partner with Group Marketing, Digital and Technology teams to implement and evolve digital tools and platforms
  • Define KPIs, track performance and deliver insight-led reporting to continuously improve ROI and campaign effectiveness

What you’ll bring…

  • Proven digital marketing experience within a multi-site or consumer-facing business, driving measurable sales and engagement
  • Strong understanding of digital channels including SEO, CRM/email, web and campaign activation planning
  • Confidence working with digital systems, platforms and external agencies to deliver against a brief
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate and drive change across teams
