Digital Marketing Executive

As a Digital Marketing Executive you will work alongside the Digital Marketing Manager to deliver the omni-channel marketing approach to drive; web traffic, bookings, database growth and reach/impressions. All with a customer first digitally led lens.

Your role as a Marketing Executive

• Working alongside the Digital Marketing Manager in planning, briefing and implementation of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Greene King Pubs brand formats to increase, reach, web traffic, database size and bookings.
• Support to ensure that cohesive plans are in place across the digital marketing mix (including social, CRM, email, web, app, organic search and paid media) aligned to Greene King Pubs narrative and commercial objectives at a national and local level.
• Support and inspire pub teams to create compelling hyper local content and optimise use of social channels aligned to brand format, social best practice and guardrails.   
• Identify opportunities for improvement across all digital marketing channels and influence across matrix to prioritise and gain support for Greene King Pubs requirements.
• Work alongside Digital Marketing Manager with Insights, Finance and Digital teams to analyse customer and digital marketing metrics, prepare reports on performance of Greene King Pubs Digital Marketing activity and turn into actionable insights, with a focus on sharing learnings and continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring…

• Previous experience working in Digital Marketing Teams
• High level of passion for the Hospitality industry good communication and presenting skills with the ability to engage the business.
• Strong all-round communication skills including delivery and presentation of information to all levels.
• Able to analyse, decide, prioritise, and plan, managing several projects at the same time with attention to detail in all forms of information sharing and communication.
• Collaborates effectively to achieve delivery of results.
