Digital Business Analyst

This role plays a critical part in delivering Greene King’s Digital ambitions through the thorough analysis and understanding of business ambitions. This includes working closely with the business in defining requirements and helping identify, design and implement new processes and solutions to meet the business objectives.

This role is a Senior professional (PT career band)

In your role as Digital Business Analyst you will ...

• Execute business analysis activity as required for and continuous improvement activities and projects based around the core Digital platforms
• Understand business objective and ambitions and validate business requirements from a wide range of stakeholders using appropriate business analysis techniques
• Understand the business process and systems and the associated core Digital platforms; and identify improvement opportunities
• Accurately document requirements (functional, non-functional, data, reporting and transition) and processes (‘as is’ and ‘to be’)
• Work with product and project team to plan business change and design business process
• Work with multiple third party vendors to deliver world class solutions
• Build and maintain effective relationships across IT and the wider business that can be leveraged to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives

What you'll bring..

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to clearly articulate concepts and ideas, challenge effectively and manage expectations
• Strong competence in technical analysis and complex problem solving
• Significant experience and widespread understanding across a range of digital technologies e.g. Web, Mobile Apps, Customer Data Platforms, APIs etc
• Excellent experience of Agile best practice methodologies and the application of hybrid approaches in a Digital environment
• Knowledge and experience of working in a hospitality or retail environment preferable but not essential
