As a Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how millions of customers interact with our digital channels. Leading the optimisation agenda across web, app, booking and outbound channels, you’ll build a culture of experimentation, champion data-led decision making, and drive measurable improvements in customer experience and commercial performance.

As a CRO Manager, you will…
- Define and deliver the CRO strategy across web, app, booking and outbound channels, aligning optimisation activity with business growth objectives.
- Build and embed a robust experimentation framework, ensuring testing is data-driven, statistically sound and commercially focused.
- Use customer insights, behavioural analytics and journey analysis to identify opportunities that improve conversion and reduce friction.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, UX, Engineering and Analytics teams to optimise customer journeys and maximise channel performance.
- Track, measure and report on optimisation performance, using insights to influence future priorities and drive continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring…
- Proven experience leading conversion rate optimisation and experimentation programmes within a digital, eCommerce, retail or hospitality environment.
- Strong expertise in A/B testing, multivariate testing, personalisation and customer journey optimisation.
- Experience analysing customer behaviour, funnel performance and digital experience data to drive measurable outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams and disciplines.
- A curious, analytical and customer-focused mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement and evidence-based decision making.
