As a CRO Analyst, you will shape how customers interact with our digital channels by turning data into clear insights and supporting experimentation that drives better experiences and performance across our websites, apps and bookings journeys.

Qualifications

As CRO Analyst, you will…

  • Analyse daily and weekly performance across web, app and bookings channels to highlight customer trends, issues and opportunities.
  • Carry out tagging checks, funnel reviews and behavioural deep dives to identify friction points and support trading decisions.
  • Work with our CRO Manager and agency partners to prepare, measure and analyse A/B tests, producing accurate learnings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing, CRM and Trading teams by sharing insights that influence journeys, content and commercial activity.
  • Support strong reporting and measurement practices, including dashboards, tagging QA and documentation.

What you’ll bring…

  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to simplify complex data.
  • Experience in hospitality, retail or ecommerce is ideal.
  • Clear communication skills for a range of audiences.
  • A curious, collaborative and proactive approach.
  • Hands-on experience with CRO and analytics tools, including A/B testing, behavioural analytics and funnel analysis.
