As a Franchise Business Development Manager you will work closely with our Partner Operators to drive and sustain pub performance within our Partnership framework. We lead, support and coach our Partners to deliver strong sustainable businesses.

Job Description

As our Business Development Manager, you'll be at the heart of our success. You will:

  • Recruit the Best: Develop and maintain a network to bring top talent into Greene King, championing our franchise concept and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Partner for Success: Collaborate closely with our self-employed Partner Operators, helping them craft and execute growth strategies within our Partnership framework.
  • Drive Performance: Achieve brilliant commercial results through regular business reviews, pub visits, and team meetings.
  • Manage with Precision: Oversee Partner contractual obligations, taking swift and decisive action when needed to ensure smooth operations.

What You’ll Bring

  • Adaptability & Resilience: Thrive in a dynamic, growing division with the drive to achieve outstanding results.
  • Data-Driven Insight: Analyse data to uncover meaningful insights and create actionable plans that enhance performance.

Qualifications
