Job Description
This role is Hybrid and can be based in either our Burton or London office
Your role as Brand Innovation Lead
Building the frameworks and tools to support growth of our brands through innovation
Develop innovation capabilities across the organisation
Build and implement frameworks
Align innovation thinking with existing strategies
Support the transition from Gate 4 to scale, ensuring seamless execution and impact
Ensure we apply innovation learnings to new projects
Lead and manage innovation work streams to drive business growth.
Identify and set portfolio opportunities, ensuring seamless execution.
Develop and implement upstream innovation strategies.
Partner with divisional brand teams to bring innovation to life.
Drive innovation initiatives across the portfolio, from concept to execution.

What you’ll bring…
- Experience in Innovation, ideally front-end Innovation
- Experience in Innovation Processes. Ideally experience in developing/optimising innovation processes within an organisation
- Experience in Brand Strategy
- People management skills - engages and effectively leads a high performing team and has a style of operation that delivers excellent results through people.
- Excellent influencing skills coupled with the ability to impact across a variety of stakeholders.
- An excellent understanding of insight and data to identify opportunities for innovation, create consumer led innovation and commercially measure its success
