They juggle like pros, making every customer feel like a VIP.  From serving up delicious cocktails, pouring the perfect pint and sharing stories that light up the room, these multitasking marvels create a vibe that's unforgettable.

Their secret? Radiant positivity that lifts the team and turns every shift into a feel-good adventure.  With every smile and genuine interaction, they sprinkle a bit of magic, ensuring that the good times rolling after the last call.  

We want our HighTales bar staff to be multiskilled and have a strong understanding of both front and back of house, and will give you all the training necessary to smash it in all the areas of our venue.

As a member of our Bar Staff, you will…

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible
