We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Bar Staff to join our vibrant team in Bristol, United Kingdom. As a key member of our bar team, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service to our patrons.

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Prepare and present a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards
• Offer knowledgeable recommendations to customers about our drink selection
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised bar area at all times
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist in stock management and inventory control
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service when required
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Address customer queries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously
• Contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for all patrons

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail, especially in drink preparation and presentation
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible approach to work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing stock
• Knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Understanding of bar operations and customer service principles
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a bar setting
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn and expand skills
• Team player mentality with the ability to work collaboratively
• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is desirable but not essential
