About the role...

We are fortunate to have an outstanding and highly motivated team, including two exceptional Team Leaders who are eager to advance their careers. However, they are committed to finishing the summer season before taking on their new roles. If you are seeking an opportunity to lead your own site within the next 8-12 months, this position would be an ideal fit.

Our site is widely recognized in the local community and boasts the highest sales figures in the North during the summer season. This role is not for the faint-hearted, as it requires resilience and a strong work ethic.

Operating at the highest level, our business maintains exceptional standards and compliance. While many aspects are already well-established, there is still room for you to develop and leave your mark. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to champion roles within the area.

Thanks to the impressive sales performance and competence of our team, a four-day workweek is often attainable. This provides you with flexibility and ample time to enjoy the nearby lakes.

As this is a seasonal business, the position does not include accommodations. However, the salary offered is reflective of the region's cost of living.

What you'll do as an Assistant Manager...  

• Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business and leading the business in their absence.   

• Bring our brand to life by leading the team in delivering amazing experiences for our customers  

• Act as a role model for the team support with training and development  

• Be a champion of brand standards & ensure customer & team safety at all times
