Assistant Manager

As Assistant Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our management team helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy pub. From the moment you step through the door, you lead by example making sure our Customers, and teams, have a great time. 

Join us at Chef & Brewer, a collection of unique country-style pubs set in beautiful locations across the country which are welcome escapes for our customers, that feel like a home away from home. Our relaxed pubs with beautifully decorated interiors, seriously good pub food and expertly chosen drinks ranges are the perfect places for our customers to enjoy any occasion. 

The Green Man Inn is located in Brackley Heath, not far from Silverstone Racecourse. This site is part of our Chef and Brewer collection and is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to join the team and help drive the business forward.

We are a relatively new management team, so we are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager who is strong team leader to join us. We are looking for someone who is willing to work hard and with us to bring this site back up to standard and exceed the expectations. Ideally we are looking for someone who is confident and has that little something extra to make the guests want to come back.

What you'll do as an Assistant Manager...  

• Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business and leading the business in their absence.   

• Bring our brand to life by leading the team in delivering amazing experiences for our customers  

• Act as a role model for the team support with training and development  

• Be a champion of brand standards & ensure customer & team safety at all times
