Job Description
What you'll be getting up to;
- Reporting into the General Manager, you'll be responsible as a leader within the business, setting the tone and upholding cultural values
- Nurturing and developing talent within the team, conducting engaging and effective training sessions and being supportive as a coach
- Work closely with the General Manager and head Chef to develop menus
- Be involved in the development of the business and execution of events
- Have your own development and growth discussed regularly and supported by both the General Manager and Area Manager
