Warehouse Team Leader

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations, leading a team to meet daily targets while maintaining safety and quality standards. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, supporting workflows and driving continuous improvement.

Working Hours:

The main working hours for this role will be Monday – Friday 09:00-17:00, however flexibility will be key to this role in providing absence, sickness & holiday cover to the following Team Leaders shifts. Sunday – Thursday 22:00-06:00, Monday – Friday 06:00-14:00 & Monday – Friday 14:00-22:00.

As Warehouse Team Leader, you will…

• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve daily KPIs.
• Oversee receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching processes.
• Allocate tasks and monitor performance for accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
• Support training and development of team members.
