Warehouse Operative

As a Warehouse Operative you will work as a member of the warehouse team to store wet and dry goods to a consistent high quality and in a safe and efficient manner.

Working as part of the Warehouse Team, you will be involved in picking and loading of our goods for despatch as well as for goods coming into our site.

Working Monday to Friday on shifts of 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00

This is an important role in ensuring that we service our customers to the highest standards for both our direct and indirect customers.

The day will see you working in one of a number of areas of our warehouse operation in Bury St Edmunds, picking goods, loading and unloading, as well as other general warehouse duties.

You will work as part of the warehouse team, and you will play an integral part in delivering the required service levels for Greene King.

Your role as Warehouse Operative

• Monitoring of and adherence to, warehouse processes.
• Receipt and despatch of goods.
• General maintenance/housekeeping duties around site.
• Operation of MHE equipment involved in the warehousing operation.
• Support fellow team members in the pursuit of departmental goals.
• Manual handling of materials and components
