As a Visitor Experience Host you will be a crucial part of enhancing our visitors time at Belhaven Brewery. Whether you’re ensuing the smooth running whilst guiding activities, carrying out general administration or promoting our Belhaven beers, your positive attitude will make you a significant strength to your team.
This role will consist of 5 working days between Monday to Saturday with some evening and weekend work. With flexibility to work on either of the following shifts, 08:30-16:30 or 09:00-17:15. Training will be provided for this role.
Belhaven is Scotland’s oldest working brewery and home to the nation’s #1 ale, Belhaven BEST, stout and award winning premium bottled beers.
At the heart of this brewery is our amazing Belhaven Visitor Experience which has been awarded 4 stars from Visit Scotland (2023) after being named as the world's best brewery attraction (2022). Not bad since we only opened in November 2021!

Job Description
Your role as a Visitor Experience Host
- Meet and greet tour visitors, ensure they are correctly briefed on health and safety and conduct them on their unforgettable brewery experience
- Support within our visitors shop by processing retail purchases and maintaining stock levels
- Provide knowledge about the site, its history, contents, offers and merchandise
- Communicate with other team members to share relevant information
- Follow our policies to ensure bar areas, storerooms and back of house etc. are kept in good condition
