This role focuses on leading consistent web and/or app user experience designs and supporting the performance of products throughout the customer journey.

Qualifications

Your role as UX/UI Designer

  • End-to-end UX/UI design across app and web: Create intuitive user journeys, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces that balance user needs with business goals, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience across platforms. 
  • Support and maintain the design system: Contribute to and help maintain existing design systems and component libraries, ensuring designs remain consistent, accessible, and up to date while collaborating with senior designers. 
  • Use Figma as a core design tool: Apply strong Figma knowledge for designing, prototyping, collaboration, and handoff—using components, variants, auto-layout, and shared libraries to work efficiently and consistently. 
  • Cross-functional Support: Work with product managers, developers, marketing, and other teams to deliver cohesive designs & experiences that align with the product roadmap.  
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team: Work closely with merchandising to ensure trading and promotional messaging lands in the right moments of the user journey, designing intuitive experiences that clearly showcase venues and campaigns while maintaining a strong, user-centred UX. 

     

What you’ll bring… 

  • 2Y+ experience crafting & measuring digital UX 
  • Proficient in customer research & usability testing 
  • Creation of wireframes, prototypes, & customer flows 
  • Understanding of interaction design principles 
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies in product dev
  • Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams 
  • Effective communication & stakeholder engagement 
  • Inquisitive mindset, eager to learn and grow 
  • Ability to contribute to customer-centered design 
  • Team player, supporting a positive work environment
