As our Transformation Programme Manager, you will translate the business strategy to meet the business need and design a programme of delivery projects to achieve the ambition.

In your role as Transformation Programme Manager you will….
- Have line management responsibility of a multi-disciplined team and will proactively lead the delivery of projects within a Programme, whilst setting up and running a programme governance structure for all projects with clear roles & responsibilities, defined stage gates and decision makers
- Play an active role in the Transformation senior leadership team with management responsibilities, ownership of continuous improvement and colleague mentoring & support across the team
- Clearly defining programme structure and vision with project deliverables, which are closely aligned to the business strategy ensuring all programme level risks and issues are appropriately identified, managed, and escalated
- Work, engage and influence all key stakeholders & external partners to plan and design the programme and pro-actively monitor its overall progress, resolving issues, mitigating risks and initiating corrective action
- Define and own the programme budget, monitoring expenditure and costs to ensure that the programme is delivered on time and within the agreed budget allocation
- Ensure project team members feel they are supported and listened to, contributing to the success of a cross functional team and have a positive experience of being part of the Transformation delivery
What you’ll bring…
- You are a Programme Manager with experience across the end to end design & delivery lifecycle of Transformation programmes/projects from early concept idea to transition into BAU operations with a proven track record in delivering complex transformational business programmes, ideally in relevant hospitality industries, leading others through ambiguity
- You have a flexible and pragmatic approach to developing and delivering solutions in a commercially focused Programmes for a fast paced, high growth and complex multi-branded business
- A proven influencer and strong communicator with stakeholders at all levels with the ability to build trusted relationships with cross functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills and demonstrable experience of establishing and managing cross functional programme and project teams and willing to get into detailed delivery if required with the ability to demonstrate calm and resilient leadership, motivate others with a positive
- Ability to think both strategically and analytically to solve complex business challenges
- Commercially astute and be able to produce and articulate sound business cases that demonstrate clear business benefits and return on investment for projects
