As a Technical Service support, you will help deliver on the Cellar service purpose of Helping great people in great pubs serve great beer by ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and support for our customers through the development of the technical support available through the Support centre

Job Description

Your role as Technical Service support 

  • Lead the development and support of the technical knowledge of the Support team and technicians within the Cellar Service support team
  • With the support of the Technical Services Manager, support the innovation of the department to provide an exceptional level of service for the customer
  • Protecting the Greene King brand and reputation through building exceptional relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Enhance team engagement by supporting the development of the cellar service team members in the support centre and across the technicians within the field.
  • Ensure compliance and administration tasks are accurately completed to a high standard.
  • Deliver on-service metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the department
  • Ensure best practice is adopted and embedded across the teams within the Cellar service
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external customers, understanding their needs and expectations. Resolve escalated customer issues and provide timely and practical solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Support operational projects to support change and the evolution of the cellar service department

What you’ll bring…

  • Considerable technical knowledge of Beer Dispensing equipment
  • Significant experience as a technician in the field
