As a Talent Sourcer you will be responsible for providing sourcing support to our resourcing team relating to pub leadership recruitment. As a Talent Sourcer you will proactively source, engage and convert high-calibre passive candidates into engaged talent pipelines for key job groups and locations to ensuring we meet the company's current and future hiring needs to help reduce time to hire.

Your role as Talent Sourcer
Pre-screening: Conduct initial assessments to ensure candidates meet the basic job requirements, and provide detailed notes to the recruitment team for further evaluation
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future positions for key strategic locations and job groups.
Proactive candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online databases, job boards, social media, and industry-specific platforms, to identify and attract passive candidates
Market Mapping & Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and talent market mapping to develop effective sourcing strategies
Candidate Engagement: Proactively outreach to prospective Leads/candidates through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to evaluate their interest and suitability for Greene King
What you’ll bring…
Knowledge of recruitment systems and / or tools such as LinkedIn, cv databases and Boolean and Xray searches
Experience of sourcing technique and building talent pools/pipelines delivering recruitment process and policy
Previous experience in working within Recruitment role and passion about working in our industry.
Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills with ability to influence and consult across all levels
